keyestudio L9110 fan control module adopts L9110 motor control chip. It can control the rotation direction of the motor, hence the fan. Test Result

The fan will rotate clockwise for 5S at Max speed, stops for 0.2S; then rotate counter-clockwise for 5S at Max speed, stops for 0.2S; then repeats the cycle.
